
Kimberley joined the firm in 2016, and is an associate in the litigation practice group, working primarily in the commercial, insurance, real property and consumer finance areas. She has extensive courtroom experience, representing clients in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration.
Kimberley attended Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. While in law school, Kimberley served a chair of the moot court team and represented Pepperdine at the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Competition in Hong Kong, winning a distinguished speaker award. Upon graduating from law school, Kimberley returned to Las Vegas and began her career with Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen and Sanders, where she focused on medical malpractice, transportation and insurance defense. During that time, Kimberley litigated cases from the pleading stage through appeal, obtaining numerous favorable resolutions via dispositive motions. In 2013, Kimberley obtained a favorable result on an appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in a transportation case involving multiple federal issues. Kimberley also has extensive experience litigating bad faith claims. From 2009-2015, Kimberley coached a local high school mock trial team, and volunteered time with Trial By Peers, a youth diversion program dedicated to reducing youth recidivism rates.
