John P. Davis Attorney

John was born and raised in Butte, Montana. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Carroll College in Helena, Montana and his law degree from the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. Upon completion of law school in 1985, he had the privilege of clerking for Justice John C. Sheehy at the Montana Supreme Court for one year before returning to Butte to begin his practice with Poore, Roth & Robinson, P.C. He has been a shareholder with the Firm since 1991 and has served as President of the Firm since 2008. He is admitted to practice law in all state and federal district and appellate courts in the State of Montana. He is also admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
