Jennifer D. Kearney Attorney

Jennifer Kearney spent 8 years as a public defender and juvenile defense attorney in the Western Nebraska area and joined the firm in 2014. She handles cases involving complex criminal defense matters as well as defense of parents and children in the juvenile system. She also practices as a family law attorney and brings a unique perspective and training to her family law cases based on her work with families in the juvenile justice system. She has recently begun practicing in the immigration field as well. She is skilled at assessing the needs of her clients, at helping to determine the best interests of children and understands the complexities of litigation and advocacy.
