Jeffrey M. Beatty Attorney

Jeff is an Eastern Iowa native and a “Double-Hawkeye”, obtaining both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Iowa. Jeff understands that people don’t generally look forward to hiring a lawyer. Growing up, Jeff often heard his dad say, “People find themselves in a law office when they have problems they can’t take care of themselves.” Jeff carries this people-first focus into his own practice. He defends Iowans charged with crimes and represents Iowans in civil litigation and in dissolution proceedings. He strives to serve his clients from the outset, to provide his clients with candid legal advice, and to help his clients resolve their legal problems to the best of his ability. Jeff is blessed with a wife and two young sons.
