Jared R. Martin

Jared Martin focuses his practice on matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment discrimination, retaliation, and other employment claims. Prior to joining Rubin Fortunato, Jared was a litigation associate at a small suburban Philadelphia law firm practicing civil and commercial litigation. He also formerly clerked for the Honorable Darlene J. Pereksta of the New Jersey Superior Court and the Honorable Garrett D. Page of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
