Brian is a founding Partner of the firm with more than fifteen years of experience litigating complex business disputes, real estate disputes, and construction disputes in federal and state courts and in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Brian's clients include individuals, municipalities and businesses in such diverse industries as real estate development, construction, manufacturing, insurance, financial services and lending, hospitality, health care and information technology.
