Brian is a founding Partner of the firm with more than fifteen years of experience litigating complex business disputes, real estate disputes, and construction disputes in federal and state courts and in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Brian's clients include individuals, municipalities and businesses in such diverse industries as real estate development, construction, manufacturing, insurance, financial services and lending, hospitality, health care and information technology. Brian has successfully handled a wide range of disputes, including: Claims for breach of contract Claims for breach of fiduciary duty and fraud Claims for injunctive relief Mechanic's lien claims Shareholder and Partnership disputes Commercial landlord-tenant disputes Article 78 proceedings Fraudulent conveyance proceedings Post-judgment enforcement proceedings Prior to founding Belowich & Walsh LLP, Brian was a litigation attorney at Coudert Brothers and Baker & McKenzie LLP and a partner at DelBello Donellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP. Brian lives with his wife and two daughters in Chappaqua, New York. Brian enjoys cycling and live music.
