Andrea Austin - Husch Blackwell

Andrea is a member of the firm's Real Estate, Development & Construction team. She has experience assisting public and private sector clients in P3 infrastructure development projects, property and portfolio acquisitions, and financing transactions for acquisitions and development projects on behalf of developers, owners, portfolio managers and financial institutions. Skillfully managing cross-functional project teams to advance her clients’ objectives is one of Andrea’s singular strengths. Andrea’s background in commercial real estate investing gives her particular insight into understanding market dynamics and critical deal points. Her prior investing experience includes analyzing and underwriting more than $1 billion in debt and equity financing of high profile commercial real estate transactions.
