Amy Arlander has been a litigator since 2001. At Alderman Bernstein, Amy specializes in the areas of eminent domain and real estate litigation. Her work includes litigation of contract disputes, zoning issues and Rule 106 challenges to land use decisions. Amy enjoys working in a boutique law firm where she’s able to focus on a specific area of the law and become a true expert. “That way you’re just layering knowledge on top of knowledge and you really become valuable to your client,” she says. To both her clients and colleagues, Amy is known for being honest, hard working and efficient. She has a consistent track record of obtaining favorable results for her clients. Prior to joining Alderman Bernstein LLC, Amy was a senior associate at Kamlet Shepherd & Reichert, LLP (now known as Lathrop & Gage, P.C.), where she represented individual and institutional clients in complex commercial litigation matters. Amy started her legal career in Kutak Rock LLP's Denver litigation department. She has also worked as a contract attorney for a preeminent boutique employment litigation firm.
