Alexander C. Trueblood associate

Alex focuses his practice on Litigation, Construction Law, and Environmental Law. He has represented individuals and businesses as plaintiffs and defendants throughout the litigation process and has assisted developers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, suppliers, and owners in a wide range of design and construction related matters, including surety bond claims, defamation claims, construction and design defect claims, professional negligence claims, and lien claims. He also has substantial experience dealing with class actions and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Alex received his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2014. He lives in downtown Indianapolis’ Fall Creek Place neighborhood with his wife, daughter, and two rescued dogs.
